Admission Finder
The Admission Finder helps you narrow the admission routes that may fit your qualification, JAMB score, preferred institution, programme level and study mode. It searches the verified programme routes currently stored by LAG Institutes; it does not invent a route when the site has no supported record.
How to use the Finder
- Select your highest qualification as accurately as possible.
- Add your JAMB score where the route depends on UTME.
- Choose an institution if you already know the school you want.
- Use programme level and study mode to separate routes such as full-time degree, part-time, HND, diploma, JUPEB or distance learning.
- Add a preferred course if you want the results narrowed further.
How to read your results
A result means that a published route in the LAG Institutes database appears to match the filters you entered. It is a possible route, not an admission decision. A route can exist even when its application window is closed, and an institution-wide score threshold does not automatically prove that you meet a particular course requirement.
What the Finder does not replace
Always check the course-specific O’Level and UTME requirements, the current academic session, first-choice rules, Direct Entry qualification requirements and the institution’s official portal before paying. If a course requirement is available in the Course Directory, use that record as a clearer starting point and then verify against the linked official source.
Why your JAMB score is only one part of the answer
JAMB national minimums, an institution’s screening threshold and a later departmental or selection score are different things. The Finder uses stored route information to help narrow your choices, but it does not turn one score into a guarantee of eligibility or admission. For the national layer, read the JAMB & CAPS Guide.
If no route appears
No result does not automatically mean you are ineligible. It may mean the route is not currently stored, your filters are too narrow or the official source is still unclear. Broaden one filter at a time, check the Programmes directory, or use Admission Help for a specific case.
